Emerald International was founded in 1976 in Taipei, Taiwan. Additional offices were later opened in Shanghai and Cheng Du in China. This US operation was established in 1995 in Phoenix, AZ. In 2000, Emerald International, USA affiliate moved into its current offices in Tempe, AZ.
